Design Thinking for Better Event Experiences is a practical workshop that introduces participants to a human-centred approach for planning and improving events.

Standalone, face-to-face, 4-hour physical workshop. No previous knowledge of design thinking required.

  • Introduces the basic design-thinking process and demonstrates how it can be applied to events.
  • Explore attendee needs, create simple personas, map the event journey and identify areas for improvement.
  • Generate ideas and develop a simple prototype for an improved event experience or touchpoint.
